How We Use Your Information

Third-Party Services

  • AI Processing: When you use AI features, your spreadsheet content and chat messages are processed by our AI providers — Gemini (Google LLC), OpenAI (OpenAI, Inc.), and Anthropic (Anthropic, PBC) — to generate AI responses. Data is shared solely to provide this service and is not retained by these providers beyond the API request. We do not transfer, sell, or share user data with third parties for advertising, data brokering, or any purpose unrelated to providing SheetAI's functionality.
  • Payment Processing: We use a third-party payment processor to handle payments. They receive your email, name, and account identifier to manage subscriptions and billing.
  • Email Delivery: We use a third-party email service to send OTP codes and communications to you.
  • Analytics: We use analytics services to understand how users interact with our platform. This involves cookies that track page views and user interactions.
  • Voice Features: If you use voice input, audio is processed by a third-party service for transcription.
  • Social Sign-In: If you use third-party sign-in (such as Google), the provider receives authentication data as part of the sign-in process.

Your Rights
