By accessing and using SheetAI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. Your continued use of SheetAI constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SheetAI for your personal or business purposes. You may: • Access and use our AI-powered spreadsheet tools • Generate, convert, and analyze spreadsheet formulas • Store and process your spreadsheet data on our platform • Use our tools for commercial purposes • Share spreadsheets with others via private invitations or public links You may not: • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code • Resell or redistribute our services without permission • Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Circumvent usage limits or abuse the platform

SheetAI uses third-party AI providers to power its features. By using our AI features, you acknowledge that: • Your spreadsheet data and prompts are sent to external AI providers for processing • AI-generated content may not always be accurate—always verify formulas before use in production • Third-party AI providers may process your data according to their own terms and privacy policies • We do not control how AI providers handle data after transmission We select reputable AI providers, but you should not submit highly sensitive data (passwords, financial account numbers, etc.) through AI features.

SheetAI is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • All formulas generated will be 100% accurate for every use case • The service will meet your specific requirements • Any errors or bugs will be corrected immediately You use SheetAI at your own risk. We recommend always reviewing and testing generated formulas before using them in production environments.

To protect your account: • We use one-time password (OTP) authentication via email • Only one active session is allowed per account—logging in on a new device will log you out of other devices • Sessions expire after a period of inactivity You are responsible for: • Maintaining access to your registered email address • Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account access

When you create a public link to a spreadsheet: • Anyone with the link can view and download the spreadsheet • You are responsible for any data you make publicly accessible • We are not liable for data exposed through public links you create • You can revoke public links at any time from your spreadsheet settings

You agree not to use SheetAI to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Transmit malicious code or harmful content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Scrape or harvest data from our platform • Use our service to compete with or harm SheetAI • Generate excessive API requests that impact service availability • Circumvent free tier limits or abuse the credit system Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

We reserve the right to: • Modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time • Change features, pricing, or availability without notice • Impose usage limits or restrictions • Terminate accounts that violate these terms We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so.
