Refund Policy

At SheetAI, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. Every user receives free daily credits to explore and use the app before making any purchase. Below is our refund policy for paid plans and credit purchases.

Paid Purchases

All paid purchases — including credit packs and subscription plans — are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, based on unused credits. If you request a refund within the first 30 days, we will calculate the credits you have not yet consumed and refund the corresponding amount. Only the unused portion is refundable. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be accepted. If you cancel a Pro subscription, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and reason for the request. We review each case individually and aim to respond within 3 business days.
